Sanjeewa Kumara is a Visual Artist currently residing in the Netherlands.   He obtained his Master of Fine Arts from the Dutch Art Institute, Enschede.   Since 2000, he has participated in several group exhibitions in the Netherlands and Germany and presented four solo exhibitions in the Netherlands.  A project he has undertaken in Sri Lanka and the Netherlands extending upto 2004, is a travelling exhibition entitled "Candy Cousins".
