Rasitha Sanjeewa comes from Ambalangoda and began his professional art carrier as a kitchen artist.  He has been a regular participant in various presentations by the George Keyt Foundation.  He received the youngest Artist of the year Award for 2001 at the Young Contemporaries Exhibition.  Rasitha's work can be seen in several Tourist Resorts and he has held solo exhibitions in Colombo and in the Maldives.  He has attended previous Artists' Camps.
