Noeline Fernando resides in Colombo 06.  She studied life drawing at the Heatherley School of Fine Art in England and has held solo exhibitions of her work in Colombo. Additionally, she has participated in exhibitions held in Canada and France.  As a Teacher of Art, she currently teaches at the School for the Special Child (Mentally Handicapped)
